Apres-ski drinks

Relax in the bar after skiing

NON-SKIERS & APRÈS-SKI

Non-skiers

Non-skiers are well catered for with facilities for cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, snow-biking, dog-sledding, ice-climbing, ice-skating, quad-biking, snowmobiling and swimming nearby. You can also get a pedestrian pass for the lifts. The view from the top of the Grande Motte cable-car is stunning and there is a large terrace at the Panoramic restaurant at the top of the funicular from which to enjoy the amazing views.

Powder Ridge guests can choose to relax in the hot-tub, whilst all our guests can choose to laze on their sunny balcony or terrace and leave the strenuous activities to others. Shoppers will enjoy a stroll around the shops and weekly market at Tignes Le Lac. There is a lovely public swimming pool complex, Le Lagon, at Tignes Le Lac which has an indoor lane-swimming pool, leisure pool with slides and a spa complex with sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi.

Après-ski

Guests at Powder Ridge chalet can relax in the hot-tub whilst sipping a beer or glass of champagne, whilst all our guests can enjoy a drink or two on their sunny balcony or terrace. In the village, you'll find a variety of bars and restaurants for an après-ski drink or meal. Vincent’s Bar has a lively après-ski scene with live coverage of your favourite sports. Our favourite restaurants include:

L’Armailly (opposite the bubble lift station), a bustling restaurant offering pizzas (including take-aways) and local specialities;

La Bouida (on the bridge near the bubble lift), a family run restaurant renowned for its selection of typical savoyard specialities including raclette, fondue and pierrade;

La Sachette (in the main village street), a cosy interior and a sun-trap terrace serving modern European cuisine.

We are happy to suggest suitable restaurants and to make bookings for you.
